- Soak basmati ricefor 20 minutes in Water.
- Set IP in saute mode, once ready heat ghee. Fry cashews till the aroma sets in and is Golden brown colour . Remove the Cashwes and set it aside.
- Saute cut onicons till Golden brown and set it aside.
- Add some oil or ghee and add bay leaf, star anise, cloves, cinnamon stick . Fry till the aroma sets in. Add 2 green chilis and fry for one minute.
- Add the soaked rice and stir well,Add water and salt .Now add water and salt . Set IP to Rice mode or set on
- Garnish the dish with cashews, fried onions and coriander leaves.
