Good News for EB2 India is China EB2 has advanced to 01JUN12, which will let EB2 India get all the Spillover since its backlogged than China EB2. We expect Spillover to be around 11000 to 15000 approx for Fiscal year 2015 which ends on Sep 30 2015 .DOS is using a strategy to predict the demand and ensuring the visa numbers available due to spillover are effectively used and they are not waiting for the Fiscal year end (SEP30) to move the dates ,hence we will continue to see movement in EB2 India.
